Odessa is from the now hard to find "Maiya" kit. I am usually not big on tiny reborns so I wasn't sure how I'd like her. Her paint job wasn't great. She looked like she had a bad skin condition. She did however have rooted hair and rooted lashes, and tiny pursed lips. I fell in love with her and bought her.She arrived wrapped in a newborn receiving blanket and dressed in tiny pampers, a tiny white diaper shirt and a little wide hair band with a bow. I had never seen such detail on such a tiny doll, and I just held her saying "Oh My God!" over and over. Thus the initials for her name. When I opened her little box, we had been on our way out to drive up to Bangor. I decided to bring her along. I had a doll baby car seat that I put her in and in Bangor, I took her into Toys R Us and bought her a couple of outfits. Only one fit her though. It was a cute flowered dress with a matching headband and a white shrug sweater. Odessa led me to purchase a Caleb kit. He was one of my favorite kits. I will have to load Odessa's photos later as the photo loader is not working now.
